I began my training career in the 70s where as a manufacturing trainer in Silicon Valley, I onboarded and trained semiconductor personnel, eventually leading and managing hardware and software programs before overseeing supply chain operations for one of the largest semiconductor companies in the world. Leveraging this practical experience I transitioned into the Organizational Change Management (OCM) field, where I’ve led large, complex initiatives and entrepreneurial projects that in their scrappiness introduced innovative changes to the organization. Since the 80s I’ve mentored and coached professionals on reinventing and transformating their careers. In 2010 I took a year off to research and write “Innovation in a Reinvented World” (2011, John Wiley & Sons, Inc.) where I developed a blueprint for business leaders and professionals on thriving in the new world of business. Seeding Change offers a flexible way for me to continue to help career professionals manage ambiguity in the workplace, while preparing them for the advancement of technologies—AI, robotics and automation—that will disrupt business, their careers, and the workplace well within this decade.
